As part of an office expansion project, O’Connor Architecture created a sky-lit conference room and shared workspace from a deteriorated area within an existing warehouse office suite. By stripping away finishes from a dated renovation, the design establishes a minimalist plaster-and steel workspace with natural light over a central work area. For this small project O’Connor Architecture directly managed the procurement and construction efforts of various subcontractors to ensure project delivery within a tight schedule.
